She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Alvin Berkovsky and Rosalie Berkovsky (Hermes). She is survived by: her husband Keith Boysen; her children, Jennifer Pohler (Max), Jessica Novicke (Kyle) and Chris Boysen (Alisha); her grandchildren, Faith, Cannon, Raylan Boysen, Crosby, Carrigan, Cora Pohler, Cheyenne Wilder (Nick), McKenna, Dallas, Cale and Kaia Novicke; her siblings, Carolyn Wilkerson (Jerry), Gary Berkovsky (Darlene), Chuck Berkovsky (Vernell), Alvin Berkovsky Jr. (Tamma), Jimmy Berkovsky (Janette) and David Berkovsky (Melinda); and her friends, Frances Boswell and Beverly Drost. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; special caregivers.
Memorials may be given to St. Joseph Catholic School.
