He is survived by: his wife Melinda L. Acheson of Shiner; his children, Brenda Stephens (Troy) of Oklahoma, Connie Miller (Russ) of Pearland, Cindy Brown of Nevada, Stephanie Smith (John) of Bandera, Larry Acheson Jr. (Kim) of Manvel, Steven Church (Sabrina) of Victoria and Michael Acheson (Barbara); and his siblings, Patricia Goings (Tommy), Jeanine Hendricks, Sandra McMillian (Hal) and Donald Acheson (Judy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
