He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Belicek and Hermina Trcalek Belicek; his granddaughter Faith Janak; and his siblings, Wilhelmina Prasek, Joe Belicek, Willie Belicek, Walter Belicek and Jerome Belicek.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Pesek Belicek; his children, Evon Janak (Brian) of Spring, Naomi Bradicich (Barton) of Victoria, Pamela Belicek-Rodriguez (Carlos) of Seguin, Donnie Belicek (Nicole) of Hallettsville, Brian Belicek (Christina) of Seguin and Clayton Belicek; his grandchildren, Demi Janak, Cory Janak, Reno Bradicich, Marjori Ann LaCamera (Daniel), Baxter Bradicich, Abigail Bradicich, Aaron Bradicich, Renee Bradicich, Addison Belicek, Dawson Belicek, Timothy Belicek, Chloe Belicek, Gregory Belicek and Audrey Belicek; and his sister Lillie Balusek of Witting. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
