He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James and Helen Louise House Glaze; and his siblings, Helen LaFaye Ray, Audrey Louise Peters, JoNell Morris, David Wayne Glaze, Nolan Dewain Glaze, Arthur Glenn Glaze, Delmer Earl Glaze and Michael Eugene Glaze.
He is survived by: his wife Mable Blank Glaze; his children, Leah Glaze, Blane Glaze (Rose) and Jon Glaze (Tarah); his grandchildren, Robert Bianchi, Amber Christopher, Desiree Glaze, Madison Glaze, Chelsea Glaze, Duane Bednorz, David Bednorz, Tatiana Bednorz and Brittany McCray; his great grandchildren, Emma Christopher, Luke Christopher, Coy Bianchi, Asher Bednorz, Riley Bednorz, Reagan Bednorz and Jameson Bednorz; and his siblings, Jim Glaze, Katherine Moody, Bobbie Sue Butler (Harold), Marsha Jones (Bob) and Laverne Collins (Charles).
