He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Lewis Jr. and Rebecca Lewis (Williams); and his wife Linda Lewis. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Alyse Lewis, Jaylin Lewis and Montia Collier; his great grandchild Kasen Skinner of Missouri City; and his sisters, Billie Jean Lewis of Yoakum and Jan M. Perkins (Willie) of San Antonio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins and friends.
