She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Meyer and Ella Meyer (Von Haefen); her sisters, Wilma Wolter, Lenora Meyer and Elvira Meyer; and her husbands, W. H. "Billy" Mann and Mitchel W. Harbus Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Junell Thamm of Austin and Alden Meyer (Darlene) of Victoria; and her pet Silver Belle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
Memorials may be given to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or the Food Pantry.
