He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Lewallen and Rosie Lewallen (Bell); his former wife Dorothy Jo Lewallen; and his siblings, Lorretta Miller, Jeanette Spring and Marshall Lewallen.
He is survived by: his son Johnny Lewallen (Christi) of San Marcos; and his siblings, Barbara Jean Chinchar of Liberty Hill, David Allen and Alton Allen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
