He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kopecky and Clara Janak Kopecky; his son Ben E. Kopecky; and his brothers, Elo Kopecky, Fred Kopecky Jr. and Benjamin Kopecky.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kopecky; his children, Susan Kopecky, Cathy Sanders (Charlie), Nancy Brenek (Troy), Franklin Kopecky Jr., Dennis Kopecky and Steven Kopecky (Jennifer); his daughter-in-law Kate Kopecky; and his pet Cindy. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Sweet Home American Legion, Queen of Peace Cemetery Fund or donor's choice.
