He was predeceased by: his wife Leola Parr; his daughter Patricia Parr; and his siblings, James Parr Jr., Raymond Parr, Gloria Yoakum, Euena Bridges, Leola Hall and Deborah Parr.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles V. Parr (Jane) of Austin and Andrew Love (Theresa) of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Diana Parr of Yoakum, D. C, Harrison Parr of Austin and Jon Love of San Antonio; and his brother Lucius J. Parr (Josie) of San Antonio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
