She is survived by: her husband Tommy (Tommy); her children, Larry (Donna) of Hallettsville, Garry (Geraldine) of Hallettsville, Randall (Melissa) of Hallettsville and Lisa Glover (Chris) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.; her grandchildren, Cody James Dornak (Jamie), Courtney Dornak Perez (Randy Ray), Holly Dornak Haas (Jeremy), Ashley Dornak Rainosek (Keith), Tori Dornak, Kelley, Keith Glover, Madison (TJ Bell), Austin and Hudson Kutac; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Adyson, Zachary, Caden Perez, Julie, Jordyn, Jaxson Haas, Tynlie Rainosek and Asher Bell.
Memorials may be given to Sacred Heart Catholic School or the donor's choice.
