It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erwin Ahrens of Yoakum, Texas, born in Parma, Ohio, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ahrens and Helen Ahrens (Hofman); his brother Charles; and his wife Patricia Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his son Robert Ahrens; his grandson Daniel Ahrens; his daughters, Janet (Joseph Frankovic) and Caroline (Wally Simpson); and his grandchildren, Ryan Simpson and Chelsea Simpson.
