He was predeceased by : his grandmother Rohan; and his uncle George. He is survived by : his parents, Cheri Shimek Hart and Donnie Leon Hart, Sr.; his wife Kara Sundin Hart; his children, Emme Hart, Donnie Leon Hart III (Trae) and Kolton Hart; and his brothers, Christopher Hart (Jordan) of Sweet Home and Jordan Hart of Sweet Home.
