He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Seekamp and Joyce Seekamp (Kopecky); and his brothers, Charles and Joe Seekamp. He is survived by: his wife Helen Seekamp; his sons, David Shelton Buenger (Trina) of Victoria, Morgan (Angie) of Celina and Trevor (Stormy) of Sweet Home; his grandchildren, Mason Buenger, June, Walter, George, Rose and Albert Seekamp; and his brother John Seekamp (Jean) of Corpus Christi. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home (1477 Carl Ramert Dr, Yoakum, TX 77995). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Alexander Cemetery (1636 Matthew-Adams Rd, Yoakum, TX 77995).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that Memorials be made in Craig's memory to Yoakum Heritage Museum, 312 Simpson, Yoakum or the Alexander Cemetery Association, 1156 Hickey Rd, Yoakum.
