It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corky Fitzpatrick of Yoakum, Texas, born in Big Spring, Texas, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fitzpatrick and Lela Fitzpatrick (Newport); his wife Mary Margaret Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Elizabeth Hutzler, Eugene Fitzpatrick and Jimmy Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Scherlen (John) of San Antonio; his grandson Brian Scherlen of San Antonio; and his brother Johnny Fitzpatrick of Louisiana.
Memorials may be given to Yoakum Lion's Club or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
