She was predeceased by : her parents, Rueben Lester and Willie Pearl Edwards (McGrew); her husband Frankie Drozd; and her siblings, Willie Fay Edwards, Mildred Fluitt, Sandra Hearn, Ann DeBord, R. L. Edwards and Glen Edwards.
She is survived by : her children, Barbara Tarbet (Mark) of Amarillo, Annis Drozd of New Castle, Delaware and Frankie Drozd Jr. (Joycelyn) of Mission Valley; her grandchildren, Brittany Tarbet, Zachary Tarbet and Shaylyn Elsik Erin (Austin); and her sisters-in-law, Esther Drozd and Nita Edwards. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at the St. Ann Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Ann Catholic Church.
