She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Seckman and Irene Meredith Seckman; her husband William Reardon Sr.; her daughter Belinda Penrod; her siblings, Nancy Streets and Forrest Seckman; and her stepfather Sy Neff.
She is survived by: her daughter Roberta Keeter (Buddy) of Suffolk, Virginia; her grandchildren, Sarah Reardon, Anna Reardon, Kyle Penrod and Luke Penrod; and her son-in-law Kent Penrod.
