She is survived by: her mother Marla Michalcik of Hallettsville; her children, Kyley, Kloey and Kaleb Hebert; her sister Sarah Patek (Anthony Jr.) of Hallettsville; her nephew Hunter; her boyfriend Jimmie Wright of Yoakum; her grandmother Wanda Broussard of Hallettsville; her uncles, Ron Broussard (Diane) of Yoakum and Lance Broussard (Theresa) of Brownwood; and her aunt Cheryl Jones (Keith) of Castroville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home to defray funeral cost.
