She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Jack and Lauretta Martin (Ashby); and her daughter Melissa McVay. She is survived by: her husband Dwayne Murphy; her daughters, Micah Fouse (Josh) and Karla Payne (Matt); her grandchildren, Cody Dodd, Caden Dodd, Daci Darling, Kolbie Fouse, Lane Fouse and Anndi Jones; and her aunt Brenda Ashby.
