He was predeceased by: his mother Kathryn Philpott; his wife Dorothy Philpot; and his father George W. Philpott. He is survived by: his children, June Goodman (Michael), Gregory Philpott (Julieanne), Suzanne Simons (Malcom) and George Philpott Jr.; his grandchildren, Troy Dureault, Ash Rosengrant, Nicole Dureault, Aimee Dureault, Lillian Simons and Natalia Livingston; his sister Tuff Foster; and his pets, Benson III, Waldo, Jake and Scarlett.
