It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis Bauer Jr. (Yantis, Texas), born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Francis Xavier Bauer and Mary Virginia Paulin; and his brother Gregory Bauer. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Newman; his children, Erin Bauer and Chris Bauer (Brooke Bauer); his granddaughters, Mary Frances Bauer and Anne Claire Bauer; and his siblings, Mary Bauer, Toni Bauer-Smedberg (Jeffrey), Anne Bauer (Jay), James Bauer (Mary Sue) and John Bauer (Yun). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to MD Anderson or South Central Bloodhound Rescue.
