With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roxanne Hart of Yancey, Texas, born in Ada, Minnesota, who passed away on January 3, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kappes and Gloria Kappes; and her daughter Cynthia "Sam" Spradling. She is survived by: her husband Howard "Bill" Hart; her sons, Howard W. Hart, Jr. (Ann) and James Michael Hart (Fran); and her sisters, Angela Rose Soma (Jerry), Merri Brieden (David), Bobbi Joe Wilde and Theresa Downing (Mark). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
