He is survived by: his father Fred Williams; his stepmother Linda Williams of New Braunfels; his wife Norma Lopez Williams; his daughters, Laryssa Morin (Manny) of Boerne, Kelli Barrett (Eric) of Cape Cod, MA and Caitlin Williams (Graydon Gatlin) of Lawton, OK; and his siblings, Brett Williams of Corpus Christi, Cole Williams of New Braunfels, Greg Sutherland of Stockdale and Lori Askeroglu of Houston.
The family suggests memorials may be made to HANK (Helping Abused and Neglected Kids), Inc., a local non-profit Paul supported through Williams Electric.
