He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Soliz and Maria Delgado Soliz; his sister Annie Borrego; and his brother-in-law Dennis Garza. He is survived by: his wife Eunice of Yancey; his son Chuck Soliz (Abby) of Lago Vista; his sisters, Angie Garza of San Antonio, Frances Bolin (Keith) of Sidney, OH and Linda Stewart (Scott) of San Antonio; and his brother-in-law Andrew Borrego of San Antonio.
