He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Garcia and Abelina Garcia; his children, Delia Garcia, Deanne Garcia and Randolph Garcia; and his sisters, Consuelo Ramirez and Sarapia Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Ophelia Garcia; his children, Tina Marie Moreno (Sesar) of Tulia and Alfredo Garcia, Jr. of Tulia; and his siblings, Francisco Garcia, Jr. of Kress, Jose Maria Garcia of Amarillo, Josefa Gonzales of Tulia and Olivia Chapa of Plainview. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
