She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Carter; and her parents, Homer Norris and Willie Norris. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Divine (Wes Divine) of Sachse and Teresa Johnson of Saginaw; her grandchildren, Brandon Hortman (Sara), Kristi Hortman and Levi Johnson; her great grandchildren, Jacob Hortman and Asher Hortman; and her siblings, Bill Norris, Bobby Norris, Cecil Norris, Betty Phipps, Ruby Crump and Charlsie Gracy.
