He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly. He is survived by: his children, Sheri Welsh (Pat), Mark Mayberry (Christy) and Wayne Mayberry (Sheri); and his siblings, Wanda Tompson and Roy Mayberry. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
