He was predeceased by: his parents, Alwilda Page and Max Page of Fritch, TX; and his siblings, Dorothy McEntire and Dan Page. He is survived by: his former wife Jenny Dove of Plano, TX; his children, Stephanie Pfleghaar of Murphy, TX, Dr. Brian Page of Phoenix, AZ, Melanie Heil of Tulsa and Jacob Page of Houston, TX.; and his brother Ralph Page (Susan Veal) of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
