He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Welch; his children, Carolyn Rawlings of Dallas and Gary Williams; his siblings, Gene Williams of Frisco, Dixie Stewart of Pilot Point and Betty Williams of Dallas; his daughter-in-law Astrid Williams of Conroe; his grandchildren, Wendy, John Ledly, Jason Rawlings, Sharee, Tony Racino, Joshua and Kailey Rawlings; and his great grandchildren, Aubri, Austin, Ethan, Nathan, Layla, Rylee, Avery and Kinley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
