She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur Adkins and Norma Jeanne Adkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Jaime Reeves, Jana Smith and Mark Adkins.
Mikel absolutely loved beautiful flowers, but as an alternate, donations can be made in Mikel's name to the Mesquite Symphony Orchestra or the First Baptist Church at The Fields.
