He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Chabarria and Juana Chabarria; and his brother Francisco Chabarria (Modesta Munoz). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Chavarria; his children, Monica, Eric and Nikki (Danny Collard Jr.); his siblings, Guadalupe Villela, Domingo Chabarria, Manuel Chabarria, Jesus Chabarria and Anna Kendall; and his grandchildren, Abigale Chavarria, Angel Chabarrria, Peyton Collard, Bella Collard, Olivia Collard and Landry Collard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
