She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Hoffard and Marlene Hoffard; her brother Doyle; her nephew Dean; and her parents-in-law, Walter and Doyce.
She is survived by: her children, John T. Addicks, III (Theresa Addicks), James Beach (Christina Beach) and Melanie Wintermeyer (Dan Wintermeyer); her husband Jimmy C. Beach; her daughter Melissa Beach; her sister Brenda Gray (Mike); and her grandchildren, Skylar, Matt, Sean, Fantasia, Faith, Colin, Charlie and Jack. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
