We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2022, at the age of 88, Doris Edna Carnal of Wylie, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Richard Andrews; her husband William Russell Carnal; her sons, Jimmy Carnal and Delbert Ronald Carnal; and her siblings, Billy Andrews, Wanda Andrews and Edna Earl.

She is survived by: her sister Faye Liolis; her children, Cheeta McTamany (Pat), Billie Barker (David), Brenda Bratton (Alison) and Debra McLean (Leon); her daughter-in-law Kathy Carnal; and her grandchildren, Ashley Debraul (Jacob), Dalton McLean, Luke McLean, Dakota White, April Williams (Matthew), Jamie Gustafson (Ryan), Victoria Tew (Kenny), Delbert Carnal II, Melissa Carnal, Jimmy Carnal, Jr. and Richard Carnal, Jr.. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.

“I was blessed to be Grandmothers first grandchild. My son was her first great grandchild and my granddaughter was her first great great grandchild. We will all be lost without her beautiful smile, voice, laughter and fried chicken. She was an amazing woman, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Those that didn’t know her were unfortunate. The solace in her death is the celebration of her life and legacy. She is now with Papa, her children and other loved ones.”
