With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Medlin of Wylie, Texas, who passed away on January 24, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As David departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved David. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Nanette Medlin; and his brother Roy Medlin. He is survived by: his children, Sunda Medlin, Melissa Auer and Mary Warner (Chad); and his siblings, Franklin David Medlin, Torrey David Medlin and Misty Medlin Tellez. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel (508 Masters Ave, Wylie, TX 75098).
