It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Elaine Retzlaff of Wylie, Texas, born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on August 16, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Bucker; and her siblings, Johnny Bucker, Benford Buckner and Darlene Conner. She is survived by: her husband Ruben Maurice Retzlaff; her children, Shelley Spradlin of Wylie and Shane Retzlaff of Richmond; her children-in-law, Keith Spradlin and Ramona Retzlaff; her grandchildren, Emma, Abbey, Holley and Aiden; and her sister Mary Joyce Dudley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She fought a very courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.
