He is survived by: his wife Beverly Pate of Wylie, TX; his children, Amy Kirkpatrick of Wylie, TX and Todd Pate of Granbury, TX; his grandchildren, Amber Kirkpatrick of Lake Dallas, TX and Madison Maxcy of Wylie, TX; and his niece Kay Kay (Togo Henry) of Morrilton, AR..
