With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Ray Carter in Wylie, Texas, who passed away on December 12, 2022 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Beverly Jefferson and Jesse Carter. He is survived by: his parent Rhonda Carter-Brown (Alan) of Tulsa, OK; his siblings, Jerome Vaden of Frisco, TX, Kenneth Vaden Jr., Marcia of Beggs, OK, Misty Carter of Wichita, KS, LaTasha Gaines (Amos Jr.) of Beggs, OK, Brian Carter of Bartlesville, OK, Jason Carter (Ashlea) of Blanchard, OK and Ava Carter of Richardson, TX; and his aunts and uncles, Richard Jefferson, Rickey Ogans, Darrell Carter, Dannie Carter, Janet Carter, Stevie Carter, Beverly Elaine Irvin, Tracy Carter and Donald Carter.
