He is survived by: his wife Eva Collinsworth; his sons, John Collinsworth (Sherry) and Mark Collinsworth; his grandchildren, Kristen Robinson (Anthony) and Camille Collinsworth; his great grandchildren, Sophie Robinson and Emmie Robinson; and also Mike Kessler.
