He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Calame and Neva Calame (Ross); and his wife Helen Calame. He is survived by: his close friend Helen Estelle Greer; his children, Billy Floyd Calame (Tammy) of Jefferson, Charlie Van Calame of Wortham and D'Anna Baker (Charlie) of Groesbeck; his grandchildren, Katrina Kelly, Eric Van Calame, Chad Donovan Baker, Ashlee Sparks, Kyle Calame and Justin Calame; his sister Dorothy Steelman; and his friend Lana Calame. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
