With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Calame of Wortham, Texas, who passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Calame and Neva Calame (Ross); and his wife Helen Calame. He is survived by: his close friend Helen Estelle Greer; his children, Billy Floyd Calame (Tammy) of Jefferson, Charlie Van Calame of Wortham and D'Anna Baker (Charlie) of Groesbeck; his grandchildren, Katrina Kelly, Eric Van Calame, Chad Donovan Baker, Ashlee Sparks, Kyle Calame and Justin Calame; his sister Dorothy Steelman; and his friend Lana Calame. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
