She is survived by: her husband John Sheak; her daughters, JC Sheak and Jennifer Kinsey (Darwin); her grandchildren, Cody Sheak and Kendall Kinsey; and her siblings, Arleen Conklin (Tim Renn) and Anthony Witko (Nancy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
