He is survived by: his sons, Steve (Lorna) of Woodway, TX and Scott (Judy) of Pearland, TX; his grandchildren, Kyle Horstman (Lindsay), Alicia Horstman, Jennifer Foreman, Ashley Etheredge (Stephen), Danny Horstman (Lauren), Lindsey Horstman, Jacob Rice (Leslie), Zane Rice (Emma) and Kendall Rice; and his great grandchildren, Grant Horstman, Wyatt Plagens and Colton Etheredge.
