He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Z. Garcia and Ofelia C. Garcia; his brother Roland Garcia; and his son Joshua Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Larry P. Garcia of Woodway and Laura Norman of Denver, Colorado.; and his sisters, Christina G. Tejada of Brownsville, Mary E. Garcia of Waco, Esmeralda Stanfill of Waco and Theresa F. Jordan of Fort Worth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
