With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavaughn Gibson of Woodway, Texas, who passed away on October 9, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vaughn and Mary Lee of Virginia; and her husband Harold Gibson. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynna Burke (Thom), Michelle Wischmeier (Terry) and Mindy Pierce (Troy); her grandchildren, Travis, Hunter Bigham, Macy, Logan Wischmeier, Walker, Hadlee and Hudson Pierce; and her brother Bill Lee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Western Heights Baptist Church or Woodway First United Methodist Church.
