He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Lusk and Ethel Conrad Lusk; and his brother Jerald Lusk. He is survived by: his wife Allison Bridges; his children, Courtney Albritton, Jared Lusk and Brandon Lusk; his daughter-in-law Kristina Kleinpeter Lusk; and his grandson Theodore. He is also survived by numerous cousins and many good friends.
