He is survived by: his husband Kenneth Curtis Wallace; his children, Kurt Wallace and Karen Smith (Lee); his grandchild Coil Conaway of Stacie Conaway; and his great grandchildren, Russell Lebkowsky, Tommy Lebkowsky and Harley Conaway.
