He is survived by: his parent Bartola Perez (Lara); his wife Olga Perez; his children, Robert Perez, Sonia Castaneda and Valerie Johnson (Anthony); his grandchildren, Kathryn Bautista, Emilee Bautista, Kenneth Bautista, Rhyanna Perez, Vivianna Perez and Mateo Johnson; and his great grandchild Layah Bautista. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters.
