He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cooper Brown, Sr. and Bessie Marthalia Mullins Brown; his brother Charles Clair Brown; his cousin Marilee Wright; his in-laws, Victor and Virginia Oberg; his siblings-in-law, Alan Oberg and Sheila Meier; and his niece Miranda Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria (Vicky); his children, Russell (Kelly), Randall (Melissa), Ronald and Robin; his granddaughters, Kirsten (Hassan) and Heather; and his great grandchildren, Ayan and Ramy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grace Gardens Funeral Home & Crematorium (8220 Woodway Dr, Woodway, TX 76712). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (9301 Panther Way, Woodway, TX 76712). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (2124 S 5th St, Waco, TX 76706). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
