He is survived by: his mother Donna Crain; his wife Melanie Crain (Ratliff); his children, Coltin Jellison (Alissa), Courtney Kofnovec, Catey Kofnovec and Blake Crain; his grandchildren, Kaislee, Kaysn, Chandyn, Penelope, Kruz and Jack; his sister Debra Rogers (Scott); his niece Candice Roberts (Brandon); and his dotted love queen Dotti.
