He was predeceased by: his parents, JB Francis and Vivian Francis; his wife Frances Francis; his son Duane Francis; and his sister Vernabelle Crook.
He is survived by: his son Brian Francis (Leslie) of Coppell, Texas; his sister Margaret McLennan of Waco; his girlfriend Janie Watts of Bellmead; his granddaughters, Ann Francis Kapitany and Nicole Francis of Coppell; his great grandchild Tristen Teakell of Belton; his nieces, Brenda Daniels of Corsicana, Phyllis McLennan of Eugene, Oregon, Paula Hughes and Kelly Cowles of Dallas; and his nephew Steve Cowles of Dallas.
