He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Johnson and Danny Johnson; his wife Glenna Johnson; his children, Gary LeMaster (Crystal), Rebekah Burnside (Kenneth) and Brandon (Emaleigh); his grandson Lewis Burnside; his sister Kimberly Getz (John); his nephew Tanner Getz (Emma); his mother-in-law Terry Grinie (Sam); his brother-in-law Danny Abbott; and his nieces, Danielle and Hannah Abbott.
