She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Smart and Jennie Tolar Smart; her husbands, Fred Rebbe and Carrell Rice; her brother Virgil Smart; her sons-in-law, Pete Nichols and Larry Oliver; her grandson Justin Nichols; and her great grandchild Logan Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Nichols (Arthur "Bubby") of Warren, Debera Oliver (Jim Grissom) of Hillister, Anne Nichols of Silsbee and Robert Rebbe (Nyla) of Woodville; her sister Emma Thornton of Woodville; and her sister-in-law Jerrie Smart of Colmesneil. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
